This project was designed as a show villa for a real estate developer, guided by our philosophy of respecting architecture while expressing the developer’s identity through the refined touch of the Ettar design team. We envisioned a design language that is calm, understated, and timeless, with a strong emphasis on natural light, open spaces, earthy tones, and sculptural elements. Given the distinctive architectural character of the villa, our intention was not for the interior design to compete with the architecture, but rather to complement and enhance it.

The design identity is built upon a serene palette inspired by the colors of the natural landscape. Artwork, furnishings, and material selections were carefully curated to create a contemporary living experience that reflects the developer’s established design ethos while allowing the architecture to remain the defining feature of the space.

The result is a contemporary home characterized by tranquility, refined simplicity, and enduring elegance. Architecture and interior design come together in seamless harmony, embodying a sense of craftsmanship and permanence that transcends changing trends and stands the test of time.
